+ - How many numbers of passengers and luggage can I take per ride?
For standard taxi service, you are eligible to take up to 4 passengers with 4 standard-size luggage bags. SUVs can manage up to 6 passengers with 6 standard size luggage bags. For large group or family reservations, you can book our stretch limos, limo buses, Mercedes party vans or coaches which can accommodate up to 20 passengers at a time
+ - How many hours before should I make the taxi reservation?
It’s recommended that you reserve your rental car with us, at least 12 hours before the journey. This ensures the availability of the car as well as the availability of the desired service in your chosen location at such and such time. However, this does not apply that we do not offer unscheduled or immediate transportation service. If the cars are available, we may instantly provide you the service.

+ - Will I get a notification when my car arrives?
Yes, you will receive SMS as well as a call by our customer agent informing the driver’s arrival time as well as quick notification when the driver is nearby your location.

Unfortunately, due to security and other concerns, our drivers aren’t allowed to leave their vehicles unattended. However, the chauffeurs will be pleased to help you with your luggage from the hotel lobby or the building front.

Our airport cars are mostly available 24/7 for instant ground transportation within 5-10 minutes at max. However, we still recommend you reserve your booking 12 hours prior.
+ - What is the last deadline to cancel my reservations?
For airport transportation, the maximum deadline to cancel the reservation is 3 hours. For intercity tours, the maximum deadline is 6 hours. Bookings can be cancelled and a full refund may be granted if you follow this policy. Cancellations made after these time-frames could be subjected to a penalty fee. The sample applies to changes and adjustments in the ride.
